Da Vien Rewards benefits are available at participating Da Vien stores, website, mobile app, and wherever rewards are acccepted.. Da Vien Coffee reserves the right to update, modify, limit, suspend, or terminate these Terms, Da Vien Rewards, and any related policies, FAQs, offers, promotions, benefits, or program guidelines at any time, in whole or in part. Any updates will become effective when posted or otherwise communicated through Da Vien Coffee’s official channels, including our website or app. It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. Your continued participation in Da Vien Rewards after any update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your participation in Da Vien Rewards.

Loyalty Earn Rate

• Silver members earn 1 Cube per $1 spent.

• Gold members earn 1.25 Cubes per $1 spent.

• Diamond members earn 1.5 Cubes per $1 spent.

• Cubes are not earned on purchases of Da Vien Gift Cards. Cubes are not earned
  on tax or tips.

• Cubes do not currently expire, however, Da Vien reserves the right to make changes at any given time in the future.

• Cubes are not equivalent to cash value and any lost or used cubes are not refundable.
   

Birthday Reward

• To qualify, you must be a Da Vien Rewards member at least 1 day before birthday and make 1 qualifying purchase that year.

• Free birthday drink is valued at $7 in the app, toppings or modifications may be an additional charge. Any unused amount will be forfeited and cannot be saved for future purchases. No cash value and not transferrable.

• Valid at participating stores and cannot be combined with any other promotions.

• Da Vien reserves the right to make changes at any given time in the future.

​Different tiered members have different total days to redeem starting on their birthday:

• Silver members have 3 days starting on their birthday to redeem their free drink.

• Gold members have 7 days starting on their birthday to redeem their free drink.

• Diamond members have 14 days starting on their birthday to redeem their free drink.

Redeeming Cubes and Rewards

At participating stores. Some restrictions apply. Free food and beverage Rewards may be redeemed at participating stores. Points are non-refundable once used, lost, or reduced.

Returns

Once cubes are used, they are nonrefundable and are not worth any cash value.​

Promo Purchases and Conditions

Cube points earned are from after discounts on the total check. Promotions and events such as birthday drinks are not able to combine with any other offers. Redeeming cubes on items will cover the total amount with tax on the qualifying product. Any additional toppings or upgrades will be at an additional charge.
